2025 NFL Draft Sleepers & Small School Sleepers at every position besides QB:

Wide Receivers (WR)

  • Jaylin Noel (Iowa State) – Quick slot receiver with smooth routes and reliable hands. Moving up draft boards fast.
  • Jalen Royals (Utah State) – Explosive target, smooth route runner, great after the catch and expanded route tree.
  • Kyle Williams (Washington State) – Speed WR who’s production explains it all with 1100 yards and 14 TDs in 2024.
  • Jack Bech (TCU)- Well rounded physical strong WR who excels at the catch point.
  • Tory Horton (Colorado)- Smooth WR with great college production. Horton excels with physicality at the catch point using his length to his advantage.
  • Nick Nash (San Jose State) – Converted QB who uses his big frame to his advantage. He led the FBS in receiving TDs in 2024.
  • Xavier Restrepo (Miami) – Lead the ACC in yards and touchdowns. His 40 yard time was slow but Restrepo claimed he was hurt when running his 40 time. He will operate best out of the slot.
  • Isaiah Neyor (WR, Nebraska) – 6’4″ speedster with elite athletic testing but limited production; flashed in Shrine Bowl and has WR1 physical traits if developed properly.
  • Savion Williams (TCU) – Big-framed red zone weapon with strong hands and physical routes.
  • Pat Bryant (Illinois) – Underrated technician with steady hands and good ball tracking.
  • Jamaal Pritchett (South Alabama) – YAC machine who dominated in short-area burst and quick-game routes.
  • Isaac Teslaa (Arkansas) – High-point specialist with strong hands and contested catch skills.
  • Ricky White (UNLV) – Former Michigan State transfer with consecutive 1,000-yard seasons. Expanded route tree and nice footwork at the top of routes.

 

Running Backs (RB)

  • DJ Giddens (Kansas State) – Balanced, physical runner with three-down potential and elite agility. 69 missed tackles in 2024 and plays like Le’Veon Bell.
  • Tahj Brooks (Texas Tech)– Strong physical runner, who bounces off tackles and a true workhorse.
  • Devin Neal (Kansas) – Smart, patient runner with four years of high-volume production. Very good at adjusting his speed like Aaron Jones.
  • Corey Kiner (Cincinnati)–  Physical, relentless runner with great contact balance and vision.
  • Bhayshul Tuten (Virginia Tech) – Shifty playmaker with elite speed, burst and pass-catching upside.
  • Lan Larison (UC Davis)- A powerful, explosive FCS back with elite receiving skills and multiple one-handed catches, giving him three-down upside despite small-school competition.
  • RJ Harvey (UCF) – Compact, elusive back with strong vision and production. Runs like Bucky Irving.
  • Kyle Monangai (Rutgers) – Elite pass protection and exceptional contact balance.
  • Woody Marks (USC) – Reliable, tough back with great acceleration and hands out of the backfield.
  • Montrell Johnson (Florida) – North-south bruiser with underrated pass-protection skills.
  • Jordan James (Oregon) – Short-yardage beast with low pad level and great contact power.
  • Nathan Carter (Michigan State)– Compact, explosive back with good straight-line speed and leadership traits; lacks elite contact balance but could thrive in a committee.
  • Jaydon Blue (Texas) – Quick smooth back who ran a 4.38 40 yard time and in 2024 he had over 1000 yards and 14 touchdowns.

 

 

Tight Ends (TE)

  • Luke Lachey (Iowa)– Good YAC and catching ability.
  • Joshua Simon (South Carolina)– Explosive, long-framed TE with legit receiving upside; raw route runner but dangerous in space with YAC and stiff arm potential.
  • Moliki Matavao (UCLA) – Tall, athletic red zone target with functional blocking chops.
  • Gavin Bartholomew (Pittsburgh) – Classic in-line TE with good feel for zones and reliable hands.
  • Thomas Fidone II (Nebraska) – Physical blocker with sneaky good hands after the catch.

 

Offensive Linemen (OL)

  • Jalen Travis (Iowa State)- A 6’7”, 340-pound developmental tackle with promising pass protection traits and improving technique, though raw in the run game.
  • Willie Lampkin (North Carolina)- Undersized interior lineman with freakishly long arms and dominant leverage, capable of playing center or even fullback in creative schemes.
  • Chase Lundt (U Conn) – 49-game starter who didn’t allow a sack in 2024.
  • Jackson Slater (Sacramento State) – Dominant small-school guard with zero sacks and zero QB hits allowed in 2024.
  • Carson Vinson (Alabama A&M) – 6’7″ developmental tackle with solid footwork and frame.
  • Charles Grant (W&M) –Raw, long-armed blocker who was a former wrestler and has upside due to his lateral quickness and fluidity.
  • Addison West (Western Michigan)- Brings old school nastiness to the run game and displays vicious hand placement with position versatility.
  • Hollin Pierce (Rutgers) – 6’8″ behemoth with raw strength and intriguing upside.
  • Connor Colby (Iowa) – Veteran with 50 career college starts across multiple positions who excels in zone concepts.
  • Ilm Manning (Hawaii) – Undersized but polished lineman with strong leverage technique.
  • Ozzy Trapilo (Boston College) – Thrives in in traditional drop-back passing schemes where he is able to stonewall defenders in pass protection.

 

Defensive Linemen (DL)/ (EDGE)

  • Oluwafemi Oladejo (UCLA)- Unleashes violent hands at the point of attack and shows nice hip mobility to take sharp angles at the QB.
  • Joshua Farmer (FSU)- Known for his versatility across the D-line and is very strong at clogging lanes.
  • Jordan Phillips (Maryland)- 6’2, 312 pound sturdy nose tackle who is disruptive and violent at the point of attack.
  • CJ West (Indiana)- A disruptive nose tackle with surprising pass rush productivity and excellent block recognition, reminiscent of a young Kenny Clark.
  • Jamaree Caldwell (Oregon)-  Violent hands and makes disruptive plays with a consistent motor.
  • Darius Alexander (Toledo) – Versatile interior presence with over 20 TFLs last year.
  • Elijah Simmons (Tennessee) – Massive nose tackle with rare athleticism for 330+ lbs.
  • David Walker (Central Arkansas) – Small-school sack artist with great burst and power. Wins with speed and has great hand usage.
  • Jared Ivey (Ole Miss) – Long, lean edge rusher with heavy hands that consistently jolt offensive tackles backwards.
  • Shemar Turner (Texas A&M) – Not really a sleeper but some have him rankled low. Former 5-star with flashes of inside-out versatility and exceptional first step quickness off the snap.
  • T.J. Sanders (South Carolina) – Disruptive SEC DT with strong hands and quick first step.
  • Fidil Diggs (Syracuse)– Former WR with great length (34″) and elite speed (4.57 at 259 lbs); still raw as a run defender but offers high upside as a developmental pass rusher.
  • Jaylen McLeod (Auburn)– Undersized but explosive hybrid linebacker; high motor and disruptive as a pass rusher, though coverage skills need work.

Linebackers (LB)

  • Jason Henderson (Old Dominion) – Tackle machine with elite instincts and non-stop motor.
  • Jeffery Bassa (Oregon)– Former safety background who portrays high level coverage skills and shows viscous tackling approach.
  • Chris Paul jr (Ole Miss)- High level natural instincts who identifies blocking schemes and has fast closing speed.
  • Smael Mondon (Georgia)- Exceptional athlete with rare burst and speed that stands out on tape. Also disciplined eyes in zone coverage.
  • Kian Medrano (UCLA)-  Doesn’t have flashy numbers but has tremendous athleticism and uses his speed and motor to chase the ball.
  • Mapalo “Maz” Mwansa – Huge sleeper standing at 6’2, and 230-pounds. The UK native and IPP standout with 4.6 speed and a 10’ broad jump, showing elite athletic tools after being scouted as he played for the Great Britain national team.
  • Jackson Woodard (UNLV) – Productive inside backer with leadership traits and zone awareness.
  • Nick Martin (Oklahoma State) – High-IQ linebacker with sideline-to-sideline range.
  • Cody Lindenberg (Minnesota) – Smart, strong run defender who rarely misses tackles.
  • D’Eryk Jackson (Kentucky) – Downhill hitter who excels between the tackles.
  • Jack Kiser (Notre Dame) – Veteran with special teams value and defensive versatility.
  • Donovan Manuel (FIU) – Underrated leader with strong instincts and gap shooting.
  • Khalan Tolson (Arkansas) – Fast-flowing weak-side linebacker with good pursuit speed.

 

Cornerbacks (CB)

  • Upton Stout (Western Kentucky) – Ball-hawking nickel with great quickness and anticipation.
  • Darien Porter (Iowa State) – Track speed + 6’4″ frame = freakish upside, raw technique.
  • Dorian Strong (Virginia Tech)- Exceptional coverage skills who excels in press man coverage and displays strong ball judgment.
  • Cobee Bryant (Kansas) – Elite ball production with 13 career interceptions and 22 pass breakups. Doesn’t back down from bigger receivers despite small frame.
  • Nohl Williams (CAL) – Playmaker with 14 career interceptions, excellent ball skills and has a physical presence in press coverage.
  • Quincey Riley (Louisville) –Great closing speed and consistently jumping routes and creating turnovers with natural instincts and timing.
  • Jacob Parrish (Kansas State)- Undersized but explosive and tough, Parrish is a slot corner with elite tackling and speed that shows up consistently on tape.
  • Bilhal Kone (Western Michigan) – Zone-savvy MAC defender with a nose for the ball.
  • Tommie Hill (Nebraska)- Tied for big ten lead with 13 passes defended. Shows natural ability to track the ball and make plays in the air.
  • Marcus Harris (CAL)– Fiery corner with return ability and a nose for the football; plays bigger than his size and offers special teams value.
  • Justin Walley (Minnesota)– Smooth athlete with speed and press-man traits, inconsistent tackler but offers outside/slot versatility.
  • Zah Frazier (UTSA)– Tall cornerback at 6 foot 3 who had six interceptions in 2024 and can really track the ball.
  • Sean Fresch Jr (Rice)- Fresch is an all around unique 2 way prospect as he can play corner, nickel, returner and wide receiver.

 

 

Safeties (S)

 

  • Latham Random (Ohio State) – Heavy hitting hybrid safety with a lot of experience.
  • Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig (Colorado) – Instinctive DB who excels in a one high safety system, capable of playing in the box and matches up well against tight ends.
  • Rayuan Lane III (Navy) – Undersized but highly productive turnover generator.
  • Caleb Ransaw (Tulane) – Ball-hawk with 10 INTs in two years across two schools.
  • Jalen Catalon (UNLV) – Hard-hitting safety with injury risk and high ceiling.
  • Jordan Polk (Texas State) – Versatile safety/nickel hybrid with D-II-to-FBS success story. Led the Sunbelt in forced fumbles.
  • Andrew Mukuba (Texas) – Experienced safety with good range and ball tracking.
  • Malachi Moore (Alabama) – Nickel/S hybrid who reads plays well and hits hard.
  • Zion Childress (Kentucky) – Fluid mover with solid tackling and man coverage tools.
