Top wide receiver prospect Xavier Worthy made history on Saturday night, as the Texas wide receiver ran a 4.21 40-yard dash to pace the wide receivers at the NFL Scouting Combine Saturday. Worthy set the record for the fastest 40 time in the history of the event. The record was held previously by John Ross who ran a 4.22.
